Who is
Hubert Świątkowski, PhD?
Hubert Świątkowski completed judicial training, concluded with the judge's examination, and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (Department of Administrative Procedure).
He was awarded the degree of doctor of law for a thesis on the case law of, and proceedings before, the administrative courts and on the invalidity of administrative decisions. His supervisor was Professor Roman Hauser, President of the Supreme Administrative Court of Poland.
Lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, in the Department of Administrative Procedure. Assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw (Poznań campus) and lecturer at the WSB University in Poznań (Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa) and the Poznań School of Communication and Management (WSKiZ) – in administrative, commercial, housing and civil law, as well as real estate management.
